The Brythonic Anthems
Here are the anthems of the three distinct Brythonic countries that remain: Breizh (Brittany), Cymru (Wales), and Kernow (Cornwall). The Breton and Cymric anthem is based on the music written for the latter by James James in Pontypridh, 1856. The Cornish anthem Bro Goth Agan Tasow is also based on this music, and all the anthems translate as Old Land of My Fathers. Cornwall is in the unique position of having two anthems to its name: Trelawny, The Song of the Western Men, is also wellknown.
