How to make a decorative item out of paper plates

I created this project using a paper plate from IKEA, and designed on it using acrylic colors, outlines and a tape to make this one. STEP1: you have to take a paper plate and paste a tape, if you like. STEP 2: paint the board black with acrylic color, used black because I want it to match with the border. STEP 3: Draw an outline with a pencil. STEP4: Color the outline with a outliner tube.
