David Bowie Reality Short Film HQ
Directed by Steve Lippman aka FLIP. A conceptual film commissioned for the DualDisc, DVD edition of David Bowies album Reality. Songs include Never Get Old, The Loneliest Guy, Bring Me The Disco King, and New Killer Star. The film was called an essential musthave by Rolling Stone, was a selection of the Woodstock Film Festival, and also screened at the Music Doc Fest, Malmo, Sweden, Sound Unseen Film Festival, Minneapolis, MN, InEdit, Barcelona film festivals and the 2013 Lincoln Center Film Society Bowie On Film retrospective. Shot on Super 8mm, Super 16mm and select 35mm run through a handcranked vintage silentmovie camera.
