We ve got a Labor government that s completely out of control: Tim Smith

Victorian Liberal MP Tim Smith has called on crossbenchers to oppose the new pandemic legislation proposed by the Andrews government. Weve got a Labor government thats completely out of control; weve got a Labor government that s drunk on its own hubris, its own power if you like, and quite frankly, this is one of the most terrifying pieces of legislation Ive ever seen, Mr Smith told Sky News host Peta Credlin. The Liberal and National parties will not stop our opposition to this; if we win the next election, well tear apart these heinous laws; theyre an assault to all freedom loving Australians; theyre foreign to this land. We call on all reasonable and fairminded crossbenchers. .. please oppose this legislation, its wrong for Victoria, its wrong for our future, and its a fundamental assault on our liberties and our freedoms.
