A new workout for our glutes is here. I added some ankle weights in this workout to make it harder and to get your glutes on fire. 15 minutes filled with booty building exercises like donkey kicks, supermen or frog kicks but WITH WEIGHTS. If you dont have ankle weights just do the workout without them :) it will be GREAT both ways. My ankle weights are 2kg.
