Jumping and flickering image is intentional and an integral part of this project. Twilight Arc is a silent handdrawn animation. It presents a history of inventors who tried to create color organsinstruments that emit color rather than sound. Its tinted according to a scale invented by Louis Bertrand Castel (16881757), a French mathematician who first tried to build the device.
