12 states sue Trump admin to block tariffs, Live NOW from FOX

At least a dozen states are suing the Trump administration to block its tariff policy. The lawsuit was filed Wednesday in the U. S. Court of International Trade in New York, calling the tariffs unlawful. The states listed as plaintiffs in the lawsuit were Oregon, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, Nevada, New Mexico, New York and Vermont. In a release, Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes called Trumps tariff scheme insane.
