The BFS Cycle isn t all snatching from the deficit and cleaning from the blocks In this morning workout footage, the team works on power variations of both the snatch and clean jerk, with a pause thrown in at position 2 to build strength and reinforce that position, and to focus on the transition from position 2 to position 1.
