Curd pie with raisins Recipe (English, Czech, Russian) Structure: 200 gr Curd 2 pcs eggs 34 tbsp sour cream 23 tbsp sugar 34 tbsp semolina Pinch of salt Raisins on request Cooking: Grind curd with eggs until smooth, add sugar, salt, sour cream, and washed raisins. Mix everything. At the end add semolina and mix until smooth. Grease the mold with vegetable oil, put the cooked mass and leave for 10 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for about 4045 minutes until browning.
