rapid Place 2. 3 Beta mesh projection stamp on curve face

rapidPlace mesh projection and stamp on curve face test, project item to the surface snapped, with volume preservation. Previous version will only work for decal type, which is flat snap to surface. using this then stamp on the curve face is became possible, the only issue is the face normal became very messy. still R D for a better result not 100 working, but it s not so bad.
