Flamenco Pop, the result of the pop mutation of flamenco, term coined in the late 60s by Alfonso Santisteban, Adolfo Waitzman Augusto Algueró who defined the genre and took it to the charts. The influences were many: from couplets to boleros, from Bristish beat to lounge music.
