Desk of Ladyada KB2040 Tester + a Testbed library

OK we re going to be fabbin the KB2040 board tomorrow Yay PCBs arrived and we ve got all the parts. Last thing I have to do for the team is hand off the tester. Over the weekend I ve been doing a few testers over and it started getting annoying how much copypasta we have in our testers. So I wrote a Testbed library that sort of encapsulates a lot of the common code that is reused over and over.
