The Bakers Coffee Shop, Nelson New Zealand Our signature bread is naturally fermented overnight, using no yeast, only rye and wheatflour sourdough as a starter. The inspiration for this short film came from wanting to show you all the joy we feel baking for our customers and to celebrate The Bakers Coffee Shops one year Birthday.
