The Perverts Guide to Cinema

2006 documentary directed and produced by Sophie Fiennes, scripted and presented by Slavoj Žižek. It explores a number of films from a psychoanalytic theoretical perspective. Fiennes and Žižek released a followup, The Pervert s Guide to Ideology on November 15, 2012. The format is similar, with Žižek speaking from within reconstructed scenes from films.
