Sailor Scout Cosplay Makeup Tutorial

TRANSFORMATION TIME I am cosplaying Sailor Jupiter and I am using my real hair for the costume so if you are using a wig go ahead and skip the hair part. But LET ME TELL YOU it is soooo sooo sooooooo worth it to prepare your hair the night before so you don t have to worry about it in the morning. It saves soooo much time and thus you get more sleep.
