Fullbody 45minute mobility workout, 15 with Stick Mobility Coach Ray Bailey featuring three parts: Joint Mobilization, Strength Training, and Deep Fascial Stretching. In this workout, after the fullbody mobilization, Ray takes you through some overhead press pushing and pulling and squat movements for the strength training portion of the workout, and ends with some rotational flow and neck stretches. You ll need two long sticks (67ft) for this workout, a knee pad to kneel on for some drills, and a wall, squat rack, or doorframe, to anchor the stick into.
