The REAL Reason why there were only 5 heat , NFS Most Wanted 2005

There Was originally supposed to be heat level 10 for mw but in typical EA fashion it was scrapped. I hope the cops can be this good in Need for speed unbound because in the past nfs games, the cops were trash. mw05, carbon were good but very predictable. so of course with mods, we fixed it lol.
