PUTTIN ON THE RITZ, Stephanie Trick Paolo Alderighi
Irving Berlin wrote this song in 1927, and one of the most memorable onscreen performances of it appears in the 1946 film, Blue Fred Astaire uses his cane to great effect and dances with nine reproduced versions of himself. It took him five weeks to film that routine, as each Fred was filmed separately It s such an iconic scene and we love it We hope you enjoy our new fourhands arrangement of Puttin on the Ritz If you enjoyed this video, please subscribe to our channel If you like the music we play (fourhands piano, classic jazz, stride piano, swing, blues, boogie woogie, ragtime, and the Great American Songbook), please visit us here: Subscribe to our newsletter: Become part of our Patreon family Learn about the different benefits here:
