MONACO Prince Albert of Monaco himself attends a party at the superexclusive Billionaire Club during the Formula 1 Grand Prix. Sammy Sass, owner of SASS Cafe Monaco, and Flavio Briatore, a force at Formula 1 and owner of the Billionaire club get their picture taken as the party is underway.
