Gigabyte B650 E Aorus Master black screen when CPU is under load

Brand new Gigabyte B650E Aorus Master motherboard. I get black screens when I put my Ryzen 7950x CPU under load. BIOS is at factory defaults, no overclocking, no XMP, EXPO loaded. Tried all BIOSes, running without a GPU, running with just 1 memory stick, changed the power supply, running Windows in Safe Mode. Nothing helps.
