Hello internet friends. I wrote this song about trying to tell your partner that you are dealing with panic attacks. It s a representation of being in a conversation with someone when you can feel a panic attack coming and you just pray it will pass or that you can leave without showing that something is wrong. I ve struggled with panic attacks and anxiety on and off for as long as I can remember and the inspiration for this song came from after weeks of trying to hide it from my partner, we had a really great conversation about it and she was really understanding and supportive. Of course that happy ending didn t make it into the song because it is about the fear before hand, but I thought I should write that in here.
