After three weekends of nonstop traveling and competing it s finally time for the Swedish National Championship (Svenska Mästerskapen i bodybuilding och fitness). There s been a buzz all year that this show will be something spectacular And it sure was, SBFF really did a great job arranging this fitness and bodybuilding competition The stakes are high and Jessica is on the hunt for the gold in her wellness fitness 163cm class, she placed third last year and we re hoping that her physique is good enough this year. This show is also a qualifyer to get to be a part of the Swedish National Team in fitness. If she wins, this fitness journey will continue for a few more weeks.
