Tap City A Short Tap Dance Film. This dance film is a dance documentary style of video of a group of tap dancers preparing their new show. This is their first show back together since the pandemic. In this dance video we wanted to capture the excitement, anticipation and hard work that goes into making this tap dance performance come to life. The team work, devotion and faith of these tap dancers to pull this show together. While we were filming the dancers and filming their choreography, our focus in this dance film was not just to show the dance. Our goal was to make the audience of the final dance film get a glimpe of everything that goes behind the scenes and feel part of the creation process from rehearsal to performance to celebration.
