Dat Tran is the owner of Tong Mein, a noodle shop hidden behind a hair salon in Toronto, Canada. Dat started Tong Mein in the back lot of his salon during the pandemic. The noodle shop focuses on healthy and simple noodle soups and noodle bowls. The soups feature homemade stocks such as beef bone broth, seafood broth with lobster and a chicken bone broth.
