In Collaboration with Riot Games Client: Riot Games Riot Games AD: Jessica Oyhenart West Studio AD: Mingchen Shen Final Polish: League Splash Team Warden Gragas I didn t expect I would return to this theme for the next splash after Kalista. This time I m on good side. It was tricky posing Gragas because he is so huge and his hands are out of proportion. I was initially worried to do a low camera angle because it will not showcase his helmet design well but thanks a lot to Mingchen for the PO sketch for still making it work. I redid him in the thumbnail sketch like 4 times but it was worth it because the rendering stage went smoother. One thing I learned when doing this is to really push the highlights even if they seem a bit too blown out. It really helped enhance the epicness of the piece.
