Aikido Wrist locks from Filipino Martial Arts Destructions

Well, we made it to part IV of this series. For this week s Technique Tuesday, Sensei, Guro JD goes over the five different wrist locks in combination with various destructions. These are all performed from a jab, cross scenario. The jab, cross is a staple when it comes to standard striking styles such as boxing, kickboxing, and even MMA.
