Heel Toe, Town Down, Toe Toe Bass Drum Technique

Greetings guys Here is a video tutorial going through double strokes with the feet. Please note that there are a MILLION ways to play double strokes. There is no right or wrong way to play this. If it works for you, stick with it If not, you can find other ways to achieve your goal and make this comfortable for YOU. This is MY personal approach of how I learned this technique. My intention is to share my knowledge and expirience with other drummers that want to know how to play fast double
