City Ignores Allows SIDEWALKS To Go To WASTE So I Cleaned Them Up For FREE

I decided to revisit an old sidewalk that i ve kept my eye on over the years. I always thought the city would get them cleaned up. However, as you can see, it has never happened Out of curiosity, I decided to check the old google maps photos of this corner. I was shocked to find out that these sidewalks, along with the ones around it, have not been touched for over 15 years. I m not too sure what was on this land before, but I assume by the stairways, it could have had 3 homes on it, or a possible park Not too sure. Either way, they both will look like new soon.
