12 MINUTE STRENGTH WORKOUT SAY YES TO BETTER ARMS
In order to get toned, unflabby arms you ve got to push, pull and burn body fat all at the same time. This workout gives you plenty of that. It s only 12 minutes but if you re a regular shortcircuits sweater you know that you can push yourself to do 2 3 rounds I m using heavier (15lbs) and lighter (10lbs) dumbbells as well as a STEP for this 12 move 45, 15 circuit.
