Ralph Coram, son of the ventriloquist called simply Coram, stands before a microphone and explains we are about to see some sons and daughters of famous stage players. Patricia Burke, 17yearold daughter of Marie and Tom Burke, enters and asks Ralph if he s going to take her somewhere to eat and then to dance later. He makes a joke about girls having foot and mouth disease. Patricia sings Freckle Face, accompanied by a glamorous woman at the piano. Gerald Kirby s son Max enters and does some funny impersonations of Jack Buchanan and Noel Coward. Mary Honri, daughter of Percy, enters and plays a tune on her accordion.
