Did UFOs come from Mars after its Destruction

The House Panel finally is looking into Extraterrestrials. We all know now that UFOs are almost certainly not of Earthly at least unliokely that they were engineered by our human counterparts even if its NASA or CERN or the like they simply are not capable. I think it is likely that Mars was destroyed and the inhabitants moved here. I have Compelling Evidence not simple theory.
