We are happy to present you our newest NO MORE Insomnia Music. The idea behind this video was to create a relaxing background atmosphere for you to fall asleep as quick as possible. A simple trick to fall asleep fast: Take a moment to relax before you go to sleep. Turn off the lights and start taking few gentle deep breaths. Let the inner chatter fade away as you lay down in your bed. Breath breathe repeat until you fall asleep. Since many of our subscribers use these type of tracks for sleeping, we ve decided to fade the video to a black screen after 30 min.
