Simcity 4 riots: Ghetto uprising

It almost goes out of hand :D I used a mod in this video, that increases the probability of riots in Simcity 4. This mod makes the game more interesting. In the part of town that these riots are taking place I haven t but any schools or hospitals but people still move there due to high demand from a neighboring city. Link of the mod:
