BBC employee sues Nigerian journalist amid public allegations of sexual favors A British court has ordered Nigerian journalist David Hundeyin to pay 95, 000 to BBC reporter Charles Northcott for an apparently libelous 2022 article in which Hundeyin accused Northcott of abusing his position while filming a documentary on sexual abuse in Nigerian universities. Hundeyin claimed that the BBC reporter exchanged sexual favors with a fellow journalist for promotion while sidelining others.
