WikiLeaks, a website that publishes anonymously sourced documents, has released video footage of what it says is a US military attack on Iraqi civilians in Baghdad. The Pentagon has verified the footage and WikiLeaks says the images are from a military video from 2007, in which 12 civilians were killed.
