How To Successfully Do A Pistol Squat
This is a great fitness episode of the Lifting Revolution Fitness and Nutrition show. I m going to give you the progression I used to help build my strength and flexibility enough to complete a full out pistol squat with no assistance. No matter where you are right now, you too can do this. Just work the progression and realize it will take some time to get but you can do it.
