Hi friends Today I m finally tackling my first episode of Monk I hope you guys like it because I would love to cover more episodes in the future. I grew up with this show and still adore it. It s such an important show to those of us that live with mental illness and neurodivergency and I know a lot of you have been asking for me to talk about it so let me know what you think. If you ve never seen the show, it s basically an old fashioned murder mystery show that was made in the 2000s. It follows Adrian Monk who is a Sherlock Holmes level detective that suffers from extreme mental illness. It s surprisingly funny and has a cast of characters that I adore.
