Video Art of Learning by Josh Waitzken Book Summary

This has to be one of the top three books I have read. Josh is a chess master, featured in the movie Searching for Bobby Fischer. Later in his life he took up Tai Chi, winning a world championship. Then after taking up Brazilian Jiu Jitsu he earned his black belt in 3 years, a feat that takes most people 10 or more years. I definitely recommend picking up the book as he goes very in depth on the physical and psychological factors it takes to become a world class performer If you liked this, check out my
