Released by Gordy (Motown) Records on May 3, 1966, the song reached number one on the Billboard R B Chart and number 13 on the Billboard Pop Chart. It appeared on the albums, Gettin Ready, released June 15, 1966 and Greatest Hits, released November 16, 1966, both available on CD and on the 2 disk Anthology album on Motown.
