Debutantes are led on to a dais in front of the band presumably by their fathers. One curtseys. Various debutantes with escorts parading and dancing. Nice shots of the girls who all look very pretty dressed in white carrying bouquets of flowers. This is presumably a coming out ceremony. There are a few shots of people sitting around the hall who watch the girls and their escorts. There is a strange parade of girls with their beaus they have to do a little dip in time to the music.
