Giovanni Zenatello, Linda Cannetti: Vogliatemi Bene Butterfly, Act I ( Puccini)

Vogliatemi bene, un bene piccolino, featuring Giovanni Zenatello and Linda Cannetti. Although there are no notes on the LP to this effect, I believe that this recording dates to a performance in Milan in 1911. Zenatello premiered this work in Milan February 17, 1904, with soprano Rosina Storchio. I created this video from the LP, Record Collector s Choice, Vol. I: Giovanni Zenatello, tenor, on the Belcantodisc label, serial number BC 209.
