Rishi Sunak pledged to create 20, 000 new apprenticeships and cut red tape for small businesses during a speech in Warwickshire. The prime minister said the government would fund the apprenticeships for under21s who place in small businesses. He then said he would cut red tape surrounding business registrations for smaller firms.
