Womens football continues to go global

In 2016, FIFA will achieve a new record, with more than 140 Member Associations requesting womens football development programmes and over 500 individual activities already forecast. By the next FIFA Womens World Cup in 2019, FIFAs ambitious aim is to see 45 million girls and women actively involved in the game.
