NAMPA: WHK Street patrols landed prostitutes behind bars 14 April 2016
WINDHOEK, 26 APR (NAMPA) Fortysix women were arrested over the weekend on suspicion of loitering with intent to commit prostitution in the central business district (CBD) of the capital. The arrests follow a pilot operation to test the effectiveness of police foot patrols instead of patrolling in vehicles.
