HARD Kickboxing Sparring in Seoul, Korea Team Posse
During my time in Seoul, I dropped by a pro MMA training session at an MMA gym called Team Posse. After a long warm up, we did 5 rounds of 5 minute kickboxing rounds, followed by 4 rounds of 5 minute freestyle grappling rounds.
