Create Mixed Media Scratch Art with Cray Pas Oil Pastels

Julie FeiFan Balzer creates mixed media artwork using sgraffito, a scratching technique using CrayPas oil pastels. Note, this scratching techniqe is most effective if the final layer color is dark. Experiment with different tools such as a painting knife, needle, or comb to reveal the colors underneath.
