Russian Mobilization Challenges: Soldiers Face Legal Consequences for Refusal
Vitaly Dzhunkovsky and Ivan Tarasov, mobilized from the Primorsky Territory, were sentenced to 2 years and 8 months in a colonysettlement in the case of refusal to execute the order. This was reported by the telegram channel Military Advocates. This is not the first time that criminal cases have been opened against those mobilized in the federation for failure to comply with orders from the military command. Since the beginning of mobilization in Russia, the military courts of Primorsky Krai have received at least 27 such criminal cases.
