Belarus Lukashenko says he warned Wagners Prigozhin before jet crash, believes Putin not involved
Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko said that he had warned Russian mercenary leaders Prigozhin and Utkin about potential lethal threats before their private jet crashed near Moscow. Lukashenko mentioned that he had conversations with Prigozhin and Utkin, advising them to be cautious. He also mentioned that Wagner members can stay in Belarus, as he brokered the deal after Prigozhin s failed mutiny. Lukashenko, who is an old acquaintance of Prigozhin and an ally of Russia, believes that Putin had no involvement in the crash.
