Chill Evening Yoga + Meditation, Wind Down Relaxing Stretch
This yoga class is an alllevels relaxing slow flow designed to help you chill out at the end of the day. We ll move through a 30minute full body practice, opening up the hips, hamstrings, chest and shoulders. Ending with a 5minute guided mindful breathing meditation, you ll be left feeling completely calm and grounded.
