My Birds are Obese

I realised my cockatiels are overweight after I finished Covid isolation. They ate too much seeds staying in the cage while I was away. So I pushed them to do more exercise and eat more healthy. We get rid of the seeds and use pellets and veggies as the birdies main food. I also pushed them to fly around. Finally you will see the outcome of the birdies losing weight.
